Community Shares of Wisconsin / Workplace Giving:
If you work at a participating workplace, you can give through Community Shares’ workplace giving program.
Matching gifts:
Many companies offer employee giving programs that match donations made by their employees (and sometimes their retirees) to nonprofit charities
Legacy or Planned Giving:
Make a gift for the future. You can name Rock River Coalition as a beneficiary of your will, IRA, trust, or insurance policy and ensure that the resources of the Rock River Basin are protected into the future. Learn more about this program here.
IRA:
If you are 72, you can avoid taxes on transfers from your IRA to Groundswell and satisfy your required minimum distribution (RMD) for the year. Learn more about how to do that here.
