A chapter of the Rock River Coalition
Our mission is to educate ourselves and others about Badfish Creek and its watershed, to work in partnership to improve riparian habitat and water quality, and to encourage land use policies that protect the creek.
First Friends of Badfish Creek Strategic Plan Our intention is to have the Strategic Plan be a working document, evolving as goals are accomplished, opportunities arise and new ideas are presented. In a sense, it will be forever in a draft status. View the PDF (updated 3/22/12)

Japanese Knotweed is an aggresive invasive plant that is threatenting the stream banks. Controlling its spread is one of our long-term projects. If you are a landowner and suspect that you have an infestation, contact us. We can help or point you in the right direction! Read the Japanese Knotweed Eradication Guidelines (pdf).
